Re-Plyed Bookcase

Concept
The bookcase is made out of small pieces of plywood off-cuts sourced from a range of institutions. The plywood off-cuts have been cut into semi regular sticks and then glued together before being milled out into the final shape on the CNC.
The entire bookcase can be dissembled and flat-packed if need be, and then easily reassembled with its costume made joints.
Materials
The bookcase is made entirely from discarded sheet materials that would otherwise have been send to be burn as trash.
By patch-working these small pieces of wood together we’re able to utilize offcuts into new purpose.
This particular bookcase is made from plywood scraps, but other kinds as wood such as whole wood could as easily be incorporated into the patchwork.
