Bar Counter

Concept

The Bar Counter is made for Flere Fugle’s stall at Roskilde Festival 2025. Both the counter top and front is made from upcycled plywood that we’ve found in Copenhagen dumpsters.

The Counter top is made from plywood scraps that have been glued together like a stack resulting in these characteristic stripes all throughout the surface. The top consists of 5 individual segments that are locked together by plywood circles.

The front is likewise made from plywood but volumetrically CNC-milled into this organic pattern that shows the inner layers of the material. Hiding in plain sight in the front is the logo and name of Flere Fugle that geometrically pops out of the pattern, especially when sunlights creatures shadows on the surface.
